  • processing of data resulting from contractual obligations or processing of data necessary for the conclusion of a relevant contract (transaction); ĒKA Properties Ltd. shall be entitled to transfer the Client's personal data to subcontractors and other business partners, in whole or in part, if necessary for the performance of the contract (transaction).
  • customer identification and record keeping;
  • sending of commercial communications (e-mail and/or SMS);
  • ensuring the performance of other obligations arising from contractual obligations or from contracts (transactions) entered into accordingly;
  • handling customer applications for hire purchase products.

 

ĒKA Properties Ltd. processes the Client's personal data in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations regarding the processing of personal data, including the European Union (EU) General Data Protection Regulation and does not disclose it to third parties without the Client's consent, except in the following cases:

  • if a court order, a decision of a national law enforcement authority or other official body obliges the Client to disclose such information;

The Client has the right to request that his/her personal data be supplemented or rectified, as well as to suspend their processing or to delete them, if the personal data are incomplete, outdated, incorrect or no longer necessary for the purposes of cooperation. In this respect, the Client may inform ĒKA Properties Ltd. of the necessary changes.

The Client's personal data shall be stored for as long as the client relationship exists between ĒKA Properties Ltd and the Client, and after the termination of the client relationship the personal data shall be stored until the limitation period for claims arising from the contractual relationship between the parties has expired. In addition to the above provisions, the requirements for the storage of personal data arise from the requirement to store them for a certain period of time as laid down in the regulatory enactments. ĒKA Properties Ltd. shall keep these data for as long as these conditions exist.

If the Client finds that the Client's personal data provided to ĒKA Properties Ltd. is used for a purpose not intended for it or the basis for processing such personal data is violated, the Client has the right to file a complaint with the State Data Inspectorate.
